Translating Institutional Vision into Bankable, Compliant Delivery

Amirmehdi Asghari is a senior international advisor with more than two decades of experience at the strategic intersection of project finance, FIDIC contract and claims management, and multilateral development bank (MDB) procurement frameworks. He advises governments, public-sector entities, contractors, engineering consultants, and investors on structuring, financing, procuring, and delivering complex infrastructure projects across emerging and international markets.

My approach integrates three disciplines that are too often managed in isolation: financial bankability, robust contractual architecture, and MDB procurement and fiduciary compliance. By aligning these elements from the outset, I help clients reduce risk, strengthen decision-making, and transform institutional ambitions into financeable, contractually sound, and successfully deliverable projects.
